DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Policy If we receive a valid DMCA takedown request, we will remove the content in question according to copyright law. To maintain fairness, we may share the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact information, with the alleged infringer. If you believe your content was wrongfully removed, you have the option to submit a counter-notice, which must include: The identification of the removed content and where it was located. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email. A sworn statement under penalty of perjury affirming that you believe the removal was an error. A declaration consenting to legal proceedings and agreeing to accept legal documents. Your physical or electronic signature. Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant takes legal action.
